Also: HAPPY (belated, by a day) BIRTHDAY TO MY LINDS. Linds and America were born on the same day; coincidence? I think not.

This is the short speech I wrote for Linds (a bridesmaid) at our rehearsal dinner (where the above picture was taken):

Lindsay, thank you for being the best roommate a girl could ask for – both in London and in New York. Thank you for countless nights of take out dinners and embarrassing reality TV, for taking care of me when I was sick in Flat 15, for that Cadbury Crème Egg which I swear made me feel better, for giggling with me as I drive like a spaz in Mike’s car – sorry Mike, for tons of serious talks and adventures and even more laughs and for having such an infectious smile. Mike is well aware that you and I will continue to date even after I get married.
